One of the benefits of LeagueToolbox as a reseller of your registrations is that you do not need to go through the hassle and cost of setting up and maintaining your own merchant accounts to be able to collect credit card payments. LeagueToolbox will pay you directly for all registrations. Your payments are based on the registration invoice total less a 3.5% processing fee. This processing fee covers all services required to resell your registrations including credit card processing fees, banking fees, and providing prompt customer service to all of your players, parents, coaches and administrators.

LeagueToolbox also focuses on Parents\Players by giving them great time saving tools such as personalized schedules, custom email alerts and convenient Online Registration. For all of these great features LeagueToolbox charges a $2 per Player Fee. This fee is ultimately what enables LeagueToolbox to offer our great software at such a low price to your League. If a registrant chooses to pay by credit card they will be charged a $0.30 transaction fee.

As the League, you have the flexibility to display any of these fees together or in addition to your typical registration fees. You can customize these fees any way you like on the player invoice. Offline registrations manually entered into the system by the league are still subject to the $2 player fee.

How does the 30 day FREE trial work?
We've been told our software is the best in the business and we thought the best way to prove that was to let you use it. After 30 days, if you like LeagueToolbox and want to keep using it, simply enter your credit card details. All of your data will be saved and you'll be able to continue on using all of our features as usual.

What is the $2 per player charge for?
This allows for Parents/Players to have full access to our Family/Player Portal. Each user can login to their own personal page that will show schedules, rain-out alerts, allow contact info updates and more. Each and every user is also supported by our staff to ensure that your league runs stress free. Typically, most leagues pass this fee on to Parents\Players during Online Registration as an Online Convenience Fee.

What types of payment are available during Online Registration?
Currently parents and players can securely pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Unlike much of our competition, the ability for parents and players to pay Offline by cash or check is also a configurable option.

Do all users pay the $2 Player fee?
No. We understand that Board Members, Coaches, Volunteers, Officials and Parents give up their valuable time in order to make for a great experience for the athletes. Because of this LeagueToolbox only charges your league for Players.

Can I use my own custom domain name?
Yes! You can point or transfer your custom domain to our servers and use our software seamlessly. A custom domain name and yearly hosting is also included with our service. Including this can alone save your league over $150 per year!

Can I import all of my Parents and Players?
Of course! If your registration is already complete or halfway through a season you can import all of your current data into our system via an Excel spreadsheet. (Player fees are still charged on imported players.)

How often does LeagueToolbox pay us for the registrations that they sell?
LeagueToolbox processes all payments on a weekly basis. Money is deposited directly through ACH (US) or EFT (Canada). Alternate payment arrangements are available.
